Upcoming Split out into Archive Page

I’ve decided to split the database here. The All Upcoming Collected Editions page as well as the various filtered publisher pages will show what is upcoming and I’ve added a new Collected Editions Archive page that shows stuff that already came out. Purpose of this was to make the databases for each of them smaller. Enjoy!
